Reservations:
By making a reservation through this website, you agree to be bound by our hotel's standard terms and conditions, as well as any other applicable policies.
By proceeding with a reservation, you authorize the hotel and its representatives to use your personal information, including credit/debit card details, for the purpose of completing the booking process.
Taxes:
Applicable taxes will be charged as per the prevailing rates at the time of reservation.
Stay Extensions:
Any extension of stay is subject to the rate/offer available at the time of the request. If the origin offer has expired, the hotel is not obligated to provide a room at the initial rate.
Accuracy of Information:
While we strive for accuracy, errors in room rates, occupancy levels, or availability may occur. The hotel reserves the right to amend, correct, or cancel reservations affected by such inaccuracies without prior notice.
Booking Restrictions:
Reservations made via this website are for personal use only. If you wish to book more than seven (7) rooms at the same hotel for the same period, please contact the hotel directly. Reselling or marketing reservations through third-party websites is strictly prohibited.
Children & Additional Guests:
Children up to 5 years of age stay free (cribs subject to availability).
Additional charges may apply for children aged 5-12 years.
Guests aged 13 and above will be charged the extra adult rate.
Check-in Requirements:
Proper identification (passport, national ID, etc.) is required for all guests at check-in. The hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in for guests whose identity does not match the reservation details or who fail to provide valid identification.
The hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations at its discretion in cases of false, fraudulent, or unauthorized bookings.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation policies may vary based on room rates and availability. Specific details will be provided in your booking confirmation.
Our standard policy requires cancellations to be made at least 48 hours before 12:00 PM on the scheduled arrival date (local time). Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a one-night charge.
Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 10-15 business days, subject to applicable cancellation fees and taxes. The refund will be credited using the original payment method.
Payment Terms:
A pre-authorization for the total stay amount will be placed on your credit card at check-in. Payments can be made via credit card, payment gateway link, bank deposit, or demand draft before the due date.
During your stay, incidental charges (e.g., food, beverages, spa services) can be billed to your room. You are responsible for full payment of such charges, including any applicable taxes and service fees, upon check-out.
Foreign transaction fees may apply, depending on your bank's policies. We accept cash and all major debit/credit cards.
For cash payments exceeding INR 50,000, PAN card details must be provided.
